Project Overview: The Gulf Coast Engineering Research Station project will construct a two-story, 21,000-square-foot building that will provide research laboratories, large meeting spaces and private offices. Outdoor gathering spaces will be constructed on both stories of the south elevation overlooking Terry Cove. The building will be constructed to greatly improve the structure's ability to withstand significant windstorms.
