The following email contains important information about Auburn's spring commencement ceremonies. Please read the entire email.
 
Continuing its long-standing tradition of inviting prominent alumni and industry leaders to deliver the commencement address, Auburn will proudly welcome five of its distinguished alumni to address more than 5,100 spring graduates during the university’s eight commencement ceremonies, scheduled for May 9 through May 12 in Neville Arena.

  • As a reminder, the deadline to reserve tickets is tonight at 11:59 p.m. Once ticket registration closes, no changes to ticket reservations are permitted. View reservation instructions here.
  • Graduates planning to attend their May ceremony are allotted up to six guest tickets and may request an additional two waitlist tickets. Waitlist tickets are not guaranteed and are allocated based on availability.
  • Students will be notified of the status of their additional ticket requests on Monday, March 31. Waitlist tickets must be claimed by April 7, after which any unclaimed tickets will be allocated to other graduates.
  • Graduates can download all tickets beginning Monday, April 21.
  • A standby line is available for guests without tickets, subject to arena capacity. 
  • Ticketing FAQs can be found on the commencement website. 
  • NOTE: Auburn University's commencement tickets have no cash value. The selling or bartering of commencement tickets is strictly prohibited and is considered a Student Conduct offense. Students found engaging in such activities may have their tickets voided.
**Due to Auburn University Bookstore renovations in Haley Center, students can pick up regalia in 202 and 203 Foy Hall.**
Cap and Gown:
  • The deadline for cap and gown orders is Monday, April 7. Orders placed after this date will incur an additional $25 late fee and may be subject to limited size availability. 
  • Tomorrow is the last day for early regalia pickup in 202 and 203 Foy Hall. 
  • Cap and gown orders placed after Monday, March 3 will be available for pick up Monday, May 5 through Saturday, May 10.
  • All orders are available between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
  • A receipt or photo ID (Digital Tiger ID is acceptable) is required for pickup.
Cords and Stoles:
  • Honor cords can be picked up with regalia.
  • Honor cords are determined by the Registrar’s Office. For questions regarding eligibility for these cords, contact the Registrar’s Office at [email protected]. 
  • Orange and Blue commemorative cords will be given to all graduates attending commencement ceremonies at Neville Arena.
  • All graduates will have official photos taken with Aubie (optional), crossing the stage and with their copy of the Auburn Creed. These photos will be taken by GradImages and are available for purchase.
  • Graduates and guests who register with GradImages prior to the ceremonies will receive a 20% discount on all orders. 
  • Photos are typically available within two weeks of the ceremonies.
  • Photo opportunities are for graduates only.
Aubie Photos
Aubie photos will be available Wednesday, May 7 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and Thursday, May 8 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in 202 Foy Hall (same location as cap and gown pick-up).
