Commencement is only a few weeks away! The following email contains important information that was sent to all spring 2025 graduates. |

Graduates can download all tickets beginning Monday, April 21. Again, only graduates can reserve and download tickets.

Once downloaded, graduates can share tickets with guests.

As a reminder, tickets may only be scanned once.

Tickets can be either printed or downloaded on a mobile device (not compatible with Apple Wallet or Google Wallet).

A standby line will be available for those guests without tickets. Entry via the standby line is subject to Arena capacity and will open approximately 15 minutes prior to ceremony start.

Guests can also view a livestream of the ceremony in the Village Dining Hall.

Due to multiple campus events during commencement weekend, please allow ample time for parking.

The Neville Arena Parking Lot is reserved for ADA parking only (official placards must be visible for entry).

Guests needing ADA access without a parking placard can be dropped off at the Arena Scholarship Entrance.

Arena doors open 90 minutes prior to each ceremony start time.

Upon arrival to Neville Arena, guests must scan their tickets and enter through the main entrance.

Guests with accessibility needs may enter through the Arena Scholarship Entrance to access elevators.

Guests can pick up printed programs and buttons at the main entrances.

Each ceremony features the commencement speaker, the conferral of degrees, the recognition of students with academic honors and the student procession.

All ceremonies are expected to last between 1.5 to 2 hours.

After the ceremony, guests will immediately exit Neville Arena and can find their graduate at the Meet-Up Tent in Neville Arena Parking Lot.

Any items that block the view of other guests are prohibited. This includes fat heads, balloons, shakers, posters, etc.

All attendees must pass through metal detectors.

Bags that exceed 4.5" x 6.5" or clear bags that exceed 12" x 6" x 12" are not allowed.

Other items not allowed inside Neville Arena include camera bags, cameras with lenses over 4", open food and beverages (water bottles must be sealed) and pocketknives. Please see the full list of prohibited items.

Guests may check these items for a small fee or return them to their vehicles.

Strollers are permitted but cannot block seating/walkways or be positioned in ADA seating areas.

Official photos are taken during each ceremony by GradImages and include graduates crossing the stage, receiving their copy of the Auburn Creed and exiting the stage.

Camera lenses over 4" are prohibited inside Neville Arena, but official photos will be taken during each ceremony.

Graduates and guests who register with GradImages prior to the ceremonies will receive a 20% discount on all orders.

Photos are available within two weeks of graduation.
